Responsible for working with team of engineers and designers to help manage development of an existing large enterprise product. We are looking for an extremely innovative Product Manager to help execute product initiatives across multiple technologies and platforms.
Desired Skills:
- Manage software projects for geographically dispersed teams in an Agile environment.
- Balancing work-in-progress levels, backlog prioritization and management.
- Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution; improve the productivity of the teams.
- Keep all interested parties up to date on project progress, using our issue-tracking system and client facing portals.
- Schedule and facilitate daily project meeting, international conference calls included.
- Lead and actively participate in international conference calls and Scrums.
- Coordinate as needed with other team members – Product Managers and Engineers.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and web applications.
- Preferable: Product management or product design experience.
